TuneCore is the world’s premium music distribution company.  Based in Brooklyn the brand empowers independent songwriters, singers, musicians and bands to publish, distribute, and get paid for their music.  Prior to their recent expansion to European and Latin American markets TuneCore engaged Mark Welsh, the design agency BLU DESIGN and photographer Martin Crook to conduct a top-to-toe re-branding. Mark distilled, clarified, and conveyed the TuneCore identity in a comprehensive, easy-to-translate brand guide (including story, tagline, voice, attributes and brand expression), and together with the team developed a tactical, awareness-building campaign for use in both local and international markets.
