I've always loved Tim Walker's pictures for their rich, engrossing narratives, wildly witty juxtapositions, and unexpected use of gigantic props - a bi-plane made entirely of baguettes; a futuristic equestrienne hunting foxes in a space craft; a Godzilla-size kewpie doll literally giving a poor, hapless model the boot, etc. I gifted a copy of "Tim Walker: Storyteller" to friends last year (yes, last year), and surprised myself with a copy too. It was just what I was hoping for! 255 pages of glossy, glamorous, inspiring, engrossing, story telling. Who needs words?
